BirdArt.ai provides AI-generated pet portrait services. Our service transforms your uploaded bird photos into artistic portraits using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when placing orders
• Ensuring you have the right to use images you upload
• Not uploading copyrighted material you do not own
• Using the service for lawful purposes only

4. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated portraits you purchase are for personal use. You may print, share on social media, and display them personally. Commercial use requires a separate license. BirdArt.ai retains the right to use generated images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed at the time of order. Prices are subject to change with notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and the costs involved in AI generation, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

BirdArt.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
