Due to the digital nature of our AI-generated bird portraits and the processing costs incurred, we do not offer refunds.
However, if you're not satisfied with your portrait, we will regenerate it for free. Just reach out to us and we'll make it right.
Not Happy? We'll Regenerate for Free
Your satisfaction matters to us. If a portrait doesn't meet your expectations:
- Free Regeneration: We'll regenerate your bird's portrait at no extra cost
- Try a Different Photo: Sometimes a different angle or lighting produces better results — we'll work with you
- Alternative Style: We can generate a different style if the original isn't what you expected

Why No Refunds?
Each portrait generation incurs real, non-recoverable costs:
- AI processing fees (GPU compute time per portrait)
- Cloud storage and bandwidth for your images
- Payment processing fees (non-refundable by Stripe)

Before purchasing, you get a free watermarked preview of your bird's portrait so you can see exactly what you'll receive. You can also browse our Gallery to see examples across all styles.
Photo Tips for Best Results
For the best bird portrait, make sure your photo:
- Shows your bird's face clearly
- Has good, even lighting (avoid harsh shadows)
- Is not blurry or low resolution
- Shows distinctive features and markings
